Your privacy matters

JumpDash is operated under the publisher name jumpdashgame. For privacy requests, access, correction or deletion, contact [email protected].

Information and purpose

We use account and guest names, email addresses and game results to provide access, scores and invitations. Accounts may include birth date, country, an optional mobile number and an uploaded avatar. Contact requests require a mobile number. Passwords are stored as secure hashes and are not displayed to administrators.

Operational records may include connection addresses, browser details, last login and game diagnostics to protect accounts and investigate failures. QR statistics count opened links, not unopened scans. Video metrics measure watched time and comments; they do not record your camera or microphone.

Your choices

Marketing consent is separate from playing. Unsubscribe through the email link or account preferences; giving a reason is optional. Importing a mailing list does not reactivate an unsubscribed address. Leaderboards show display name, country and score. Public sharing and live broadcasts make selected content visible to others.

The coloring studio requires no account. Drawings and optional names remain on your device when saved; sharing uses your chosen device service. Hosting may retain necessary security connection logs.

Children and providers

Children should play with guardian supervision. Consult a guardian before submitting images, purchasing or enabling messages. A child’s consent does not replace guardian consent where legally required. Enabled hosting, social login, email and support providers process the data needed for their services. Some operate abroad; the operator must verify applicable safeguards before enabling transfers.

Retention and rights

We retain account and service records for their stated purposes and applicable obligations. The maintenance task removes issue attachments after 90 days and detailed new video and QR records after 180 days. Limited backup retention may apply. You may request information, access, a copy, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent subject to applicable law and identity verification. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing.
