Accounts and conduct

Provide accurate information and protect your password. Players who need guardian approval must participate under guardian supervision. Cheating, impersonation, harassment and content that infringes others’ rights or conflicts with Islamic values and applicable law are prohibited. Scores may be reviewed and proportionate restrictions applied; contact support to dispute a decision.

Custom characters and images

Upload only images you are entitled to use, including appropriate guardian permission for children’s images. A custom order must state its scope, price in Saudi riyals, payment method and agreed delivery schedule before confirmation. A bank receipt is subject to verification. Private characters are published only according to the owner’s visibility choice and publishing permissions.

The agreed order must explain revisions, cancellation and refunds before custom work begins, respecting statutory consumer rights and applicable custom-product exceptions. These terms do not waive mandatory rights or remedies for defects or nonconforming work. A child must not purchase without guardian approval.

Content and service

Personal play access does not permit reselling site files or using another person’s images without permission. You may share your results and coloring using the provided tools. Avoid sensitive personal information in public content. Comments may be moderated and violations reported.

Maintenance, level changes and ranking-rule updates may occur. Live play and broadcasting depend on participant connections and devices. Material terms changes will be communicated and renewed consent requested where needed. Contact the operator first about complaints, without limiting your right to approach the competent Saudi authorities.
